Israel struck sites in the Daraa countryside on Friday evening in response to armed groups launching rockets at the Golan. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that what it described as armed groups loyal to Hezbollah in the western Daraa targeted Israeli positions in the Golan with Katyusha rockets. It also noted that Israeli forces "responded with rocket fire at the launch site," indicating that there have been no reports so far of any casualties.
