In the statement, Inter Milan said: "After the tests were carried out, Inter announced the positive COVID-19 test results for administrative directors Alessandro Antonello and Giuseppe Marotta, sporting director Piero Ausilio, club lawyer Angelo Capellini, and a member of the coaching staff.” The statement also added: "All directors and the entire team will follow the procedures outlined in the health protocol."
It is important to note that Inter Milan is currently at the top of the Italian league with 53 points, while AC Milan is in second place with 49 points, after suffering a significant defeat against Inter in one of the most important matches of the Italian league this season.
