The Kremlin revealed today, Thursday, that no decision has been made regarding whether Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit Turkey in April to inaugurate a reactor built by the Russian state nuclear energy company. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated yesterday, Wednesday, that it is likely Putin will visit Turkey for the inauguration on April 27.
