Max Verstappen of Red Bull clinched the pole position for the Monaco Grand Prix in the Formula 1 World Championship on Saturday. Aston Martin driver Fernando Alonso took second place, just 0.084 seconds behind Verstappen. Sergio Perez had an incident during the first qualifying session and will start from the last position.
