The Kremlin announced today, Friday, that it is aware of the call from Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko for an immediate ceasefire in Ukraine and will discuss the matter with him, considering that it cannot currently achieve the goals of the "special military operation." Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov revealed that Russian President Vladimir Putin will discuss Lukashenko's call for negotiations in a few days but noted that some aspects of the peace plan proposed by China cannot be applied because Ukraine follows orders from the West not to negotiate with Moscow.
