The Civil Defense in Gaza announced today, Saturday, the recovery of "300 bodies from Al-Shifa Hospital and its surroundings in Gaza City during the 7-day ceasefire." The spokesperson for the General Directorate of Civil Defense, Mahmoud Bissal, stated: "A large number of martyrs in the vicinity of Al-Quds, Al-Rantisi, and Al-Nasr hospitals in Gaza City could not be recovered by the teams due to the presence of occupation forces." The spokesperson emphasized the urgent and essential need for equipment to continue the work and recover the bodies of citizens from under the rubble. The Ministry of Health in Gaza had reported in its latest tally that the number of dead since the end of the ceasefire has risen to 240.
