The Press Syndicate announced in a statement that "on the occasion of Good Friday for Christian denominations that follow the Western calendar, newspapers will be suspended on this day, which falls on March 29, 2024. Additionally, there will be a suspension on Sunday, March 31, 2024, and Monday, April 1, 2024, in celebration of Easter. This is in accordance with the decision of the Boards of the Press and Editors Syndicates and the Unions of Printing Workers and Distribution Companies, as well as the Graphic Designers Syndicate in Lebanon."
