The governor of Belgorod Oblast, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced today (Wednesday) that one person was killed and two others were injured due to Ukrainian shelling in the city of Belgorod. Gladkov wrote on his Telegram page: "A man was killed after his car was hit by shell fragments, dying from his injuries before the ambulance arrived." He added that a 17-year-old girl was injured in the head, and a young man was hurt by a fragment in his hand.
