Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo has earned a staggering amount since signing with Al Nassr about a year ago. After a disagreement with Dutch coach Erik ten Hag, the 39-year-old player left Manchester United to join Al Nassr in a surprising deal in January 2023. Following the signing with Al Nassr, Ronaldo not only became one of the highest-paid football players but also one of the highest earners globally.
A report from the British newspaper "Daily Mail" stated that Ronaldo has amassed a massive sum since his signing with Al Nassr a little over a year ago. It clarified: "Ronaldo earns £177 million annually with Al Nassr, bringing his weekly salary to £3,403,846." This means that Ronaldo has received nearly £205 million after spending 13 months in Saudi Arabia.
The Portuguese forward has repaid the Saudi team by scoring 47 goals in 53 matches. Recently, Ronaldo netted two goals against Al-Fayha in both legs of the Round of 16 of the AFC Champions League, contributing to Al Nassr's 3-0 aggregate victory and leading them to the quarterfinals. Ronaldo has scored 27 goals in 28 matches played with Al Nassr across various competitions this season.
