The President of the Turkish Flour Industry Federation, Erin Günehan Olusoy, announced that Russia could use Turkish storage facilities as centers for storing its grain, indicating that this solution would be beneficial for both sides. According to the website "ekonomi.haber7," Olusoy stated: "Moscow plans to turn Turkey into a 'grain hub.' There are plans to store all products in Turkey and distribute them from here. This would be a great decision for our country." He pointed out that Turkey, which currently has a licensed storage capacity of 8.5 million tons, has sufficient infrastructure to carry out such tasks. He added: "In addition, transportation costs will also decrease because Turkey will become a hub. An important step will be taken in terms of both supply and price."
