Oil prices fell more than three dollars per barrel after Israel's strike on Iran over the weekend did not target or disrupt Tehran's oil and nuclear facilities, reducing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. Brent crude and West Texas Intermediate (WTI) futures reached their lowest levels since October 1 at the market's opening. As of 11:04 PM GMT, Brent crude was priced at $72.88, marking a decrease of $3.17 or 4.2%, while WTI dropped $3.13 or 4.4% to $68.65 per barrel.
