The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced today, Friday, that Minister Sergey Lavrov had a phone call with his newly appointed Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan. The ministry stated that the two ministers discussed cooperation in the energy sector as well as international issues.
