The French presidency announced on Wednesday that President Emmanuel Macron will discuss the war in Ukraine among other issues when he meets Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on Friday, June 16. The royal court had previously stated that, based on the directive of King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman departed for Paris on an official visit to meet with President Emmanuel Macron.
