Zelensky: No Peace Before Withdrawal of Russian Forces

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, following a meeting with African leaders in Kyiv on Friday, indicated that peace talks with Russia cannot occur until Moscow withdraws its troops from the occupied territories, according to the Interfax Ukraine news agency. Zelensky stated that engaging in peace talks with Moscow at this time would mean freezing the war in Ukraine. A delegation of African leaders has embarked on a peace mission in Kyiv despite what Ukraine described as a "barrage of Russian missiles."
