The Turkish Ministry of Family and Social Services managed to reunite an infant with her mother in southern Turkey after DNA test results, nearly two months after the devastating earthquake that struck the country. The ministry stated that rescuers pulled the "miracle baby" from under the rubble of a collapsed building in the Hatay region when she was three and a half months old, more than five days after the earthquake on February 6. She did not suffer from health issues. The statement also noted that the child's father and two siblings perished in the earthquake.
