The Minister of Public Health in the caretaker government, Dr. Firas Abyad, and the representative of UNICEF in Lebanon, Edward Beigbeder, signed a joint action plan between the Ministry of Public Health and UNICEF for the upcoming three years. The plan details cooperative projects with a budget of approximately 86 million US dollars, with both parties committing to implement it within the specified timeframe of the agreement.
