Turkey Targets Area Controlled by Syrian Democratic Forces

A Turkish drone targeted an area in the village of Safawiya, which is under the control of the Syrian Democratic Forces, on Thursday afternoon in the countryside of Ain Issa, north of Raqqa. The attack caused material damage, but there is no information on casualties so far. This marks the 50th airstrike conducted by Turkish Air Force drones on areas under the influence of the "Autonomous Administration" in northern and northeastern Syria since the beginning of 2023, resulting in the deaths of 62 people and injuries to more than 57 individuals, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
