A source from Egyptian club Al Ahly revealed that the International Football Association (FIFA) has rejected their request to share tickets for the upcoming Club World Cup scheduled for December. Al Ahly is set to face Saudi club Al Ittihad in the quarter-finals, contingent upon Al Ittihad overcoming Auckland City in the preliminary round.
The source stated to "Kooora": "Al Ahly hoped to obtain its share of the tickets to give to its fans, but FIFA refused and insisted on selling the tickets through its system in batches starting Tuesday." Al Ahly fans located in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf countries, and Egypt are eagerly awaiting the opening of ticket reservations through FIFA's electronic system to secure tickets for their team's first match, which is number 2, where they will meet the winner of the Al Ittihad and Auckland City match.
