Title: Army Commander Aoun Thanks Qatar for Ongoing Support

Army Commander General Joseph Aoun received the Qatari Ambassador to Lebanon, Sheikh Saud bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, today, Tuesday, in his office in Yarze. The ambassador affirmed "Qatar's continued support for Lebanon and the army amid the current exceptional circumstances." General Aoun expressed his gratitude to the Qatari ambassador and conveyed a message of thanks to "His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of the State of Qatar, for his ongoing support for the army." The Army Commander also welcomed the Indian Ambassador to Lebanon, Mohammed Noor Rahman Sheikh, in a courtesy visit on the occasion of his taking up his duties in Lebanon.
