UAE Official: America Must Pressure to End the War in Gaza

Anwar Gargash, the diplomatic advisor to the President of the UAE, indicated today, Saturday, that "the recent war in Gaza shows that Israel's containment policy has failed, and the United States needs to pressure for a swift end to the conflict and establish a new strategy, otherwise it will not be viewed as equally effective." In a conference in Abu Dhabi, Gargash stated: "The longer the attack on Gaza continues, the longer the hostages will be held, and the greater the chances of the conflict expanding." He added: "The US will not be seen as equally effective if Israel returns to its pre-October 7 containment policy."
