At least 11 people were killed on Tuesday due to an accident in a coal mine in Heilongjiang Province in northeastern China. The incident occurred at 2:40 PM local time (6:40 AM GMT) in a mine near the city of Shuangyashan, approximately 130 kilometers from the border with Russia.
