Algeria Takes Over the Presidency of the Arab Summit

Algeria, represented by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, has assumed the presidency of the 31st session of the Arab League Council at the summit level during the opening session of this summit held at the "Abdelatif Rahal" International Conference Center in Algeria. President Tebboune received the presidency from Tunisian President Kais Saied, whose country chaired the 30th Arab Summit in 2019.

The 31st session is being conducted with the participation of Arab leaders and delegations, along with United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres, the current African Union President Macky Sall, and Non-Aligned Movement Chairman Ilham Aliyev, who are attending as honored guests of the Arab Summit.
