The office of French President Emmanuel Macron indicated today, Thursday, that Stéphane Séjourné will become the new Minister of Foreign Affairs, and that the Minister of Economy and Finance Bruno Le Maire and Minister of the Interior Gérald Darmanin will remain in their positions. However, the biggest surprise in the cabinet reshuffle came with the appointment of veteran conservative politician Rachida Dati, a close ally of former President Nicolas Sarkozy, as the Minister of Culture.
