The Israeli army indicated that "Israeli forces killed three armed Palestinians with knives, a rifle, and axes, who were attempting to breach a settlement in the West Bank last night." The official Palestinian news agency (Wafa) reported that two of the dead are 16 years old, while the third is 19. The Israeli army noted that "a soldier was injured in a gunfire exchange with the attackers as they breached the outer fence of the Adora settlement near the Palestinian city of Hebron."
