A spokesperson for Air France announced today, Tuesday, that the company intends to resume its flights to Israel starting from January 24, making it the latest foreign airline to end its suspension of flights during the ongoing war between Israel and the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas). The spokesperson added that Air France will operate three weekly flights from Paris to Tel Aviv using Airbus A350 aircraft. Foreign airlines suspended their flights to Israel following the war that began on October 7. Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines, and Austrian Airlines resumed flights to Israel this week.
