State Security Arrests Egyptian Terrorizing Citizens in Metn

The General Directorate of State Security issued a statement stating: "After receiving information about the Egyptian (A.J.B.) causing disturbances, firing shots into the air, and frightening citizens in the Metn area, the Service and Information Division of the General Directorate of State Security was able to locate and arrest the mentioned individual following monitoring and tracking operations." It added: "Two handguns and a quantity of hashish were seized from him at his place of residence, and it was found that the arrested individual was residing in Lebanese territory illegally. Legal action was taken against him based on the directives of the competent judiciary."
