Explosion in Hodeidah, Yemen, with Two Houthi Missiles Fired Towards the Red Sea

Local sources in the coastal province of Hodeidah, which faces the Red Sea in western Yemen, reported today, Saturday, hearing an explosion coinciding with intense flights of what is believed to be American warplanes. According to sources with Al-Mashhad Al-Yemeni, "the explosion resulted from the firing of a missile from Hodeidah towards the southern Red Sea," noting that "the warplanes are flying at both low and high altitudes intensively."

In a statement to the newspaper "Aden Al-Ghad," local sources confirmed that "the Houthis launched two missiles from Hodeidah towards the southern Red Sea." The launch of these missiles was a response to airstrikes carried out by Washington and London on military sites and bases in provinces controlled by the Houthis.
