The Ukrainian regional administration announced today, Friday, that "a Russian missile attack on the city of Sumy in northern Ukraine yesterday resulted in the deaths of two people and injuries to 26 others." The administration stated on Facebook: "Buildings of a school, the central city hospital, the regional emergency medical care center, and a water facility were damaged."
