Russian Investigation Confirms Death of Wagner Leader in Plane Crash

The Russian Investigative Committee reported today, Sunday, that "the results of genetic tests confirmed the identities of the ten individuals who died in the plane crash last Wednesday, among them is Yevgeny Prigozhin, the founder and leader of the Wagner Group." The Investigative Committee stated in a message on its Telegram channel, "As part of the investigation into the plane crash in the Tver region, the molecular genetic examinations have concluded." It added, "According to the results, the identities of the ten deceased have been confirmed. They match the list mentioned in the flight passenger manifest."
