Inter Milan, the league leader, turned around a deficit to win 4-2 against host Roma in Serie A on Saturday after trailing at halftime. Francesco Acerbi put Inter ahead in the 17th minute from a corner kick, but Gianluca Mancini of Roma equalized with a free kick, and Stephan El Shaarawy then gave the home side the lead before the end of the first half. Marcos Thuram leveled the score for Inter with a low shot just four minutes into the second half, and Angelino of Roma scored an own goal in the 56th minute. Alessandro Bastoni secured the visitors' fourth goal in injury time to clinch the points for his team. Inter, who still have a postponed match after their trip to Saudi Arabia in January for the Italian Super Cup, widened the gap with second-placed Juventus to seven points before Massimiliano Allegri’s team hosts modest Udinese on Monday.
