The U.S. military announced yesterday, Thursday, that it had destroyed 8 Houthi drones and 2 unmanned boats in the Red Sea over the past 24 hours. The U.S. Central Command reported that its forces successfully intercepted a drone launched from an area controlled by the Houthis in Yemen, and that the Houthis launched an anti-ship ballistic missile. It added that there were no reports of damage or injuries. Houthi leader Abdul Malik al-Houthi stated that the Yemeni group "launched joint operations with Iraqi factions" early Thursday.
