Army: Arrests of Wanted Individuals in Nahr al-Bared Camp and Baalbek

The Army Command issued the following statement: Following the previous statement regarding the arrest of a wanted individual on July 8, 2024, as a result of an incident in Nahr al-Bared camp, and in the framework of pursuing those responsible for the incident, a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence arrested two Palestinians inside the camp, (A.L.) and (M.H.), who were found to be wanted for previously firing their weapons and causing disturbances on earlier dates. Additionally, another patrol in the city of Baalbek – Sheikh Habib neighborhood arrested citizen (A.A.) wanted for firing a weapon, and citizen (M.A.) wanted for arms trafficking, discovering a military weapon in their possession. The seized items were handed over, and an investigation with the detainees began under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
