The Palestinian news agency "Wafa" stated that "a violent Israeli airstrike targeted the Nussairat camp in the Gaza Strip." Hours earlier, "Wafa" quoted eyewitnesses saying that Israeli aircraft carried out a series of strikes on the Nussairat camp, resulting in several Palestinian casualties and injuries. Israeli planes heavily bombed several areas in the central governorate of Gaza, particularly the city of Deir al-Balah and the Bureij camp. Additionally, Israeli artillery targeted the western neighborhoods of the city of Rafah in southern Gaza. Israeli drones flew intensively over the skies of the city of Deir al-Balah in the central region.
