The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights announced today, Friday, that "Iranian militias have evacuated their positions in Al-Bukamal, Deir ez-Zor, and raised their alert status, also calling back their personnel from leave." The observatory pointed out that "these militias have begun to bring in new weapons from Iraq."
