The Belgian star added regarding the possibility of leaving the English team: "I assume there will be discussions about renewing with City in the coming months." It is noteworthy that De Bruyne is contracted with Manchester City until the summer of 2025, so he can sign with any team for free starting from January. De Bruyne stated in previous remarks: "At this age, I have to be open to everything, like moving to the Saudi league." He further added, "You are talking about huge amounts in the final stage of my football career, and that is something to consider."
