As part of ongoing diplomatic efforts to reduce tensions in the region, French Foreign Minister Stéphane Séjourné will arrive in Beirut tomorrow, Thursday. He is scheduled to meet with Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, Prime Minister Najib Mikati, and his counterpart Abdullah Bou Habib.
