The Lebanese Army was able to arrest the killer of the Lebanese soldier at the port of Beirut following a raid conducted in Mirna El-Chalouhi. The Army Intelligence pursued the suspect and exchanged gunfire with him near Mirna El-Chalouhi, and after surrounding him, they succeeded in apprehending him. Army Intelligence has arrested the killer of the soldier Abdul Salam Sharaf, who was found murdered with two bullet wounds around the port of Beirut. The pursuit included a gunfire exchange near Mirna El-Chalouhi.
Later, a statement was released by the Directorate of Guidance in the Lebanese Army, indicating the arrest of the soldier's killer. A patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence in the Mirna El-Chalouhi area was able to arrest the citizen (G.S.) who committed the murder of one of the soldiers on the night of June 13-14, 2024, amid an operation that included an exchange of gunfire between the suspect and members of the patrol.
