A Russian government technology institution revealed today that there are flaws in the famous American Abrams tank, stating that it can be destroyed with a single shell. The Russian "Rosatech" technology institution pointed out that the Abrams tanks sent to Ukrainian forces and used in battles on the eastern front do not meet current protection requirements. Specifically, it noted that this applies to the turret and hull surfaces, as well as the side and rear equipment of the tank, according to the Russian news site "Sputnik."
"Rosatech" confirmed that a single Russian high-precision "Krasnopol" shell is capable of destroying the tank, noting that this was observed during the ongoing Russian military operation in Ukraine. Earlier, the head of the Russian state-owned "Rosatech" organization, Sergey Chemezov, mentioned that Russian experts examined the Abrams tank that was captured in the military operation area in Ukraine to assess its technologies and weaknesses.
