It features a man and a woman sitting down to eat on a table in a street alleged to be in the British capital, London, while an African man is on all fours beneath the table, effectively serving as the table itself. Meanwhile, the couple has their meal on his back and engages in conversation.
In the background, a person can be heard filming with their phone, seemingly commenting, "You won't believe the scene, these are two white people, but down there, you won't believe what’s below." Another man chimes in, saying, "Oh my God, it's unbelievable." Some viewers expressed disbelief that the scene was real and suggested it was staged, while many others found the scene shocking and racially insensitive. Some users noted that even if the couple's actions were not genuine, it was still unacceptable.
One person commented on the video, "And they come to talk about human rights in Arab countries, especially in the Gulf; the West is dirtier than this." Another stated, "Slavery happens without a person's consent, but if we say there was total consent from the black-skinned individual and it was for a financial exchange, this isn’t considered slavery, it's promoting slavery.
