The Lebanese Taekwondo Federation organized the 2023 Lebanon Blue Belt Championship at the "Emile Lahoud Sports Complex." A total of 377 male and female competitors with blue belts from various clubs participated in the championship, with matches distributed across three rings. Attendees included the federation president Dr. Habib Zreefeh, vice president Mohammad Qazan, members of the federation such as accountant Grandmaster Engineer Elie Nemeh, international referee Grandmaster Joe Khoury, and Master Hussein Zaiter, along with Grandmasters Joseph Abu Samra, Anwar Nemeh, Antoine Saad, George Khatir, Alan Najem, and advisor Master Noel Mkhayber, club officials, and families of the players.
The clubs ranked as follows:
- First place: Mon La Salle Club – 120 points
- Second place: Anwar Club – 112 points
- Third place: Boda Club – 68 points
