أكّد الكرملين، اليوم الأربعاء، أنّ الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين ونظيره التّركي رجب طيب أردوغان، سيعقدان اجتماعًا قريبًا، رغم أنه لم يتّم الإتفاق بعد على موعد ومكان الإجتماع.
وهنأ بوتين أردوغان بفوزه في الإنتخابات الرئاسية التّركية يوم الأحد.
