Juventus Defender Cuadrado Out Due to Injury

Colombian Juan Cuadrado, a star player for the Italian club Juventus, will be sidelined for three upcoming matches due to a hamstring injury, as announced by Juventus.

The 32-year-old Colombian star was injured at halftime during Juventus' 1-0 defeat to Napoli earlier this week. Medical examinations revealed that the winger, who has been playing as a right-back this season, has sustained an injury to his hamstring. Cuadrado is expected to be out for at least ten days following his medical evaluations. Dybala and Ramsey participated in part of the team's training today.

As a result, Cuadrado will miss the first leg of the Round of 16 in the Champions League against Porto on Wednesday, as well as two Serie A matches against Crotone and Verona. Juventus stated in a report, "Juan Cuadrado underwent examinations this morning which revealed a low-grade injury to the right hamstring." His condition will be reassessed in ten days. It is worth noting that Juventus is currently eight points behind league leaders Inter Milan, having played 21 matches compared to Inter's 22.
