A young Egyptian man died instantly after falling from his lover's apartment on the 13th floor while trying to escape her father, who surprised them inside the house early Friday morning in the Haram area of Giza Governorate. Egyptian media reported that the Haram Police Station received a notification in the early hours of the morning about a young man falling from a bedroom balcony. Security forces moved to the scene and found that the deceased was in an illicit relationship with a woman living with her family. He had sneaked into her room at night with her agreement, and when they were caught in a compromising situation, he fled in fear of being caught by family members, subsequently falling from the 13th floor, lifeless.
The police department stated that a report was filed and presented to the public prosecutor for investigation. Additionally, a research team scrutinized the surveillance cameras at nearby buildings to confirm that there were no criminal suspicions related to the incident. The public prosecutor ordered the young man's body to be sent for autopsy to determine the cause of death. They also ordered the detention of the deceased's lover and her family members to hear their statements and discuss the circumstances surrounding the incident.
