Change-Making MPs: We Demand the Truth

The change-making MPs organized a vigil around the Port of Beirut, where the port's silos have been on fire for about two weeks. The MPs pointed out that the measures taken by the government, despite their continuous insistence, were not sufficient to address the fire. They demanded "in order to protect people, a statement regarding the truth of what happened and to confront the Lebanese with the truth, as well as a comprehensive plan to extinguish the fire and prevent its spread in the future." The change-making MPs also called on the relevant ministers for a complete plan to avoid any new catastrophe in the future.
