Drinks That May Save from the Danger of Blood Clots

Dr. Margarita Korolyeva, a Russian nutrition expert, announced that water and pomegranate juice are the best drinks for reducing blood density. The expert points out in a television interview that thinning the blood is essential for preventing blood clots. According to her, every kilogram of body weight should receive at least 33 milliliters of fluids. Therefore, she advises drinking regular water. She states, "Thick blood increases the risk of clots, and water supports the blood coagulation system and prevents clotting. Water provides the activity of all fluid compositions and promotes good lymphatic drainage, naturally eliminating toxins from the body."

She adds that pomegranate juice is a good thinner for blood density. This juice contains essential amino acids to support the functioning of the heart and blood vessels and the production of blood cells. It also contains vitamin P and a group of B vitamins. Pomegranate is generally very beneficial for those over 50 years old. She notes that "beetroot is a good substance. Beet juice helps to naturally detoxify the body by expelling heavy metal salts and improving blood fat levels. This enhances blood flow with the help of substances found in beetroot."
