Emaar's Sales Soar 250% to 10.5 Billion Dirhams in 5 Months of 2021

The UAE-based Emaar Properties, listed on the Dubai Financial Market, has revealed that its real estate sales surged by 250% to reach 10.5 billion dirhams in the first five months of the current year, compared to sales of 3 billion dirhams during the same period last year. The company also anticipated higher growth in the first half of 2021. Emaar's founder, Mohamed Al Abbar, stated in a company press release that these figures once again demonstrate the resilience of the group and the quality of its products, adding that he is confident the Dubai real estate market presents a renewed opportunity for growth, given the UAE's prudent policies, positioning Emaar ideally to capitalize on this.
