Taymour Jumblatt, head of the Progressive Socialist Party, chaired meetings of the Party's leadership council, commissioners, supporting institutions, and regional representatives. Various executive files and regional affairs were discussed, and he gave his directives on these matters.
During the meetings, Jumblatt urged party officials to take the initiative following the municipal and selectman elections by supporting municipal councils and collaborating with them. He emphasized focusing on development issues to achieve necessary growth within the available opportunities and resources.
Jumblatt also stressed the importance of adopting an open and positive approach with all segments of society, especially the youth, by addressing their concerns and aspirations through dialogue and interaction as a means to establish a productive partnership.
Highlighting the significant role of the party in society and the nation, Jumblatt pointed out the need to enhance coordination between the party's sectors and institutions to achieve the required integration. He called for a workshop among the leadership frameworks to develop a comprehensive program for the upcoming phase, targeting various future aspirations.
