Israeli Incursion Ends with Abduction in Halta: What Happened

According to the National News Agency, Israeli forces have withdrawn from the town of Halta in the Hasbaya district, following an incursion during which they abducted a local resident.

As reported, the withdrawal followed the Israeli forces' entry into Halta, where they conducted maneuvers before leaving the area with Fadi Abdel Aal in custody.

Earlier, Halta had witnessed an Israeli army incursion along its outskirts, accompanied by extensive combing operations towards the area and bulldozing activities, before an Israeli unit entered a neighborhood, sealed it off, and subjected several residents—both men and women—to interrogation.

The operation also involved uprooting olive trees, as the Israeli forces dismantled solar energy and internet equipment from the rooftops of several homes, including those owned by Ali Mohammed Abdel Aal, Qassem Mohammed Abdel Aal, Amer Hatem Abdel Aal, and Ali Khaled Abdel Aal.
