Ronaldo Offers His Services to a New Team

There is a state of controversy surrounding Cristiano Ronaldo's future with Manchester United, particularly with rumors and speculation regarding the Portuguese star's desire to leave the English club this summer. Ronaldo's absence from the squad traveling to Thailand for a pre-season training camp has fueled rumors about his status. The French newspaper "Le Parisien" claimed that Ronaldo offered his services to Paris Saint-Germain in the past few days. However, the paper added, "There is currently no place for the Portuguese star on the Parisian team's roster."

"Le Parisien" reported that Jorge Mendes, the agent of the Portuguese star, has strong ties with Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the president of PSG, and Luis Campos, the club's new advisor. Other reports had previously stated that Mendes also offered Ronaldo’s services to Chelsea and Bayern Munich. According to British media reports, Ronaldo is refusing to stay with United until the end of his contract in the summer of 2023, protesting the club's lack of activity in the current summer transfer market and the team’s failure to qualify for the Champions League.
