Saudi Crown Prince Meets Abu Dhabi Crown Prince

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defense, met today in Jeddah with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the United Arab Emirates.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Crown Prince welcomed the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and his accompanying delegation during their current visit to the Kingdom. The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi conveyed the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, to his brother the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who in turn sent his greetings back to the President of the UAE.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the brotherly relations between the two countries, the areas of mutual cooperation in various fields, and ways to support and develop this cooperation, as well as discussing regional and international developments and the efforts being made towards them.

The meeting was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers; His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense; His Excellency Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs; and His Excellency Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al Aiban, Minister of State and National Security Advisor.

Also present from the Emirati side were His Highness Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Advisor; His Excellency Ali Al Shamsi, Deputy Secretary-General of the Supreme National Security Council; Sheikh Nahyan bin Saif Al Nahyan, UAE Ambassador to the Kingdom; and Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Director of the Crown Prince's Diwan of Abu Dhabi.
